Empowering Sustainable Change in
Kuwait's Food Industry
At Thrive Drive, we are committed to supporting non-profits and businesses that prioritize sustainable and impactful practices. One of our collaborations that exemplifies our mission is our partnership with Re:food, a pioneering non-profit in Kuwait dedicated to reducing food and consumer goods waste.
Founded in 2014, Re:food established Kuwait's first sustainable circular economy model, bridging the gap between excess production and individuals with limited food budgets. Thrive Drive works closely with Re:food to manage operations and enhance public awareness of their critical mission to combat food waste.
Through our partnership, we help Re:food spread awareness about the environmental and social impacts of food waste, encouraging community engagement and cultural change. Our team also supports Re:food in streamlining its operations, enabling them to focus on providing sustainable solutions for surplus food. Additionally, we facilitate connections with over 40 Kuwaiti suppliers, helping Re:food secure high-quality excess products and redirect them to individuals and families who benefit most.
Together, Thrive Drive and Re:food have saved tons of quality food and goods from being wasted in landfills, repurposing them for those in need. By working with Re:food, we strengthen environmental sustainability and build meaningful social support networks within the community. We believe in the power of collaboration to drive social and environmental progress. Thrive Drive invites you to join us and partners like Re:food in making a lasting difference in communities worldwide.
